Ingredients

For the Chicken Feet

• 300g Chicken Feet
• 2 tbsp sea salt/coarse salt
• 1/2 cup soju/milk/vodka

For the Sauce

• 2 chunks of ginger
• 2cloves of Garlic
• 1/2 tbsp Korean red pepper paste(gochujang)
• 1-3 Chili to paste
• 1 tbsp Korean chili flakes(gochugaru)
• 1/2 tbsp Mirin
• 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
• 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar

For Garnishing

• Chopped Green Onion
• Sesame Oil
• Sesame Seeds

Directions 

Step 1: Cut The Chicken Nails

To make boneless chicken feet Korean, at first, cut all the chicken feet nails using a kitchen knife or scissors.

Step 2: Marinate The Chicken Feet

Mix the chicken feet with soju/vodka/soju with sea salt for 1-2 minutes. Check that if the mixture is all over the chicken feet. Don’t drain the mixture water after mixing with the chicken. Let the chicken rest in the liquid for 20 minutes then.

Step 3: Make The Sauce In This Time

When the chicken feet will marinate, prepare your sauce. Take all the sauce ingredients in a hand blender or normal blender to blend in a smooth paste. Set the sauce mixture aside.
